These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern use of https://resilience-summit.org and participation in the Paris Resilience Summit 2026 organised by Global Council for Business Resilience (GCBR). By using this website or registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Organiser

The Event is organised by GLOBAL COUNCIL FOR BUSINESS RESILIENCE (Global Council for Business Resilience (GCBR)), an association déclarée registered in France (RNA W783013613), in partnership with École des Ponts Business School and other partners listed on the website.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, or professional purposes related to the Summit.

You must not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape content at scale, introduce malware, or use the site in a way that infringes third-party rights.

3. Tickets and registration

Ticket purchases are processed through HelloAsso. Payment, refunds, and ticket transfer rules are governed by HelloAsso’s terms and the ticketing page at the time of purchase.

GCBR may refuse entry or cancel registration if false information is provided, conduct breaches event rules, or capacity/safety limits require it.

Ticket prices, categories, and availability may change until published as final on the ticketing platform.

4. Programme changes

Summit programme, speakers, timings, and formats may be updated for operational, security, or quality reasons. Registered participants will be informed of material changes where practicable.

5. Event conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, staff, partners, and other attendees.

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, or unauthorised recording for commercial redistribution may result in removal without refund, where permitted by law.

6. Photography, filming & communications

The Event may be photographed, filmed, or live-streamed for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.

By attending, you acknowledge that your image and voice may appear in event materials unless you notify organisers in advance or opt out at registration where offered.

Press and media accreditation is subject to prior approval.

7. Intellectual property

Presentation materials, branding, and website content remain the property of GCBR, speakers, or respective rights holders. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

8. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. GCBR’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

GCBR is not responsible for travel, accommodation, personal belongings, or indirect losses (e.g. lost business opportunities) except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Force majeure

GCBR is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, venue unavailability). Alternative arrangements or refunds will be handled per ticketing terms and applicable law.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy (https://resilience-summit.org/privacy/).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers in the EU retain mandatory rights under their local consumer protection laws.

Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of the organiser’s registered office (Yvelines, France), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
