Sarah Pauli is Founder of SOC-e Group, a boutique advisory and research house focused on business information security, corporate intelligence and human factors security. A cyber psychologist and information security expert, she is a transformational leader with more than 15 years of experience advising organisations on information security governance, risk management and organisational change.
She works at the intersection of human behaviour, executive judgement and geopolitical risk — bringing BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISACA and ISC² practices into human factors in cybersecurity. Her work helps organisations protect critical information assets, strengthen security culture and make more resilient decisions under uncertainty.
