Biography

Narmadha Kamalakannan is a Paris-based Indian doctoral researcher and speaker with 18 years of corporate HR experience, specialising in talent, leadership and organisational transformation. She is Founder of HumIA5 and focuses on empowering high-performing professionals and leaders to navigate the evolving AI-driven workplace while embracing the human-centred values of Industry 5.0. Her work draws on both research and corporate practice to explore leadership, talent development and organisational culture in internationally mobile, multicultural contexts.

Her current doctoral research is focused on developing the AI Readiness Scan, a diagnostic tool that helps organisations assess workforce readiness, leadership alignment, and cultural conditions for responsible AI transformation.

A former FM Rainbow radio jockey, blogger, dancer and self-published author, she works at the intersection of storytelling, culture and the future of work. Alongside her research, she coaches leaders and researchers to communicate their ideas with clarity and confidence, helping them design presentations and conversations that resonate with diverse global audiences.
