Martin Calnan

Martin Calnan is Director of Executive Education at École des Ponts Business School in Paris and Chair of the UNESCO Chair for Futures Literacy in Finance / Financial Anticipatory Systems Thinking (FAST). His work focuses on helping leaders and organisations navigate complexity, uncertainty and systemic change through futures literacy, strategic foresight and transformative learning.

He designs executive learning experiences for leaders facing adaptive challenges and works at the intersection of futures thinking, value creation, finance, innovation and organisational transformation. His background spans luxury marketing, digital entrepreneurship, organisational consulting and executive education, giving him a distinctive perspective on how organisations can move beyond prediction and control toward sensing emergence and building future-ready capabilities.
