Biography
Marina Peikova is a wartime CEO, global strategist and resilience catalyst with more than 20 years leading organisations across FMCG, retail and agro industries. She is Founder and President of the Global Council for Business Resilience (GCBR) and Founder of Resilientic, an automation platform for business resilience. Her work is driven by a simple conviction: businesses can be a force for positive change — even in the darkest of times.
She has transformed adversity into opportunity across 65-plus international markets. From Nestlé’s boardrooms to rebuilding Ukraine’s number-one convenience chain in an active war zone, she argues that true resilience is not only about surviving disruption — it is about building forward, better. Every crisis is an opportunity to create a more sustainable, equitable and hopeful world.
That belief runs through Unbreakable: CEO Workbook on How to Turn Chaos into Resilience, and through GCBR — an international framework for building an ecosystem of business resilience by connecting experts, supporting SMEs, and developing Resilience Intelligence.
Her motto is also the summit’s: the future belongs to the resilient.
