Biography
Flore Pradère leads Future of Work research at JLL, one of the world’s leading real estate services firms. Her work sits at the intersection of workplace strategy, organisational transformation, and the long-term implications of AI on how and where people work. She also co-leads JLL’s Future Vision programme, which tracks the macro change drivers reshaping real estate over a 10–15 year horizon.
