Carole Brożyna

Carole Brożyna is an Independent Board Member and Senior Advisor working at the intersection of governance, strategy, risk, sustainability and organisational transformation.

With more than 20 years of executive, investment and board experience across listed, family-owned and private equity-backed companies, she helps Boards and leadership teams improve decision-making, anticipate systemic risks and build resilient business models.

Carole is a Board Member of SmartResilience, Partner at IMT Partners and Governance Excellence Partner at BoardSuccess. Formerly Operating Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer at Bridgepoint, she also held senior executive roles at JCDecaux, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare and IKEA France. She advises and trains Boards and executives, placing climate, resilience and long-term value at the heart of governance and strategy.

At the Paris Resilience Summit she chairs the panel on Climate Risk on the Board Agenda.
